Small group Classes

Small Group Classes

We specialize in Classical Romana’s Pilates using traditional 4-spring Gratz reformers.

Classes typically include the mat + other apparatus: Cadillac or Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Correctors, etc…

Our “All-Level” classes are at the Intermediate to Advanced level in the classical Reformer workout.

If you have been taking classes at Club Pilates, our Reformer classes will be very different from what you are used to.

We do not accept drop-ins to our classes. If you are new to our studio we recommend starting with 3-Private lessons for a personalized training plan so you get what you want in your classes.

I was asked recently “why do you do Pilates? I thought about it and realize there are several reasons, the friendships I have made with the instructor and some clients. As I get older, I am trying to maintain flexibility and strength. I have gained both, plus Pilates has brought me balance and conscious awareness of my body in ways that I did not expect. Pilates is not easy, however, the rewards are well worth the effort.
